Our Quality Production Process

1. With customer satisfaction in mind, each and every one of our products is borne from a careful examination and inspection of the Original Equipment Manufacturer's unit. Such scrutiny ensures proper fit and function in every application.

2. Using sophisticated software, our Manufacturing and Engineering Technicians create a 3D model of the unit providing all the precise data required for our Computer Numerically Controlled equipment to begin producing the various components.

3. Rigorous quality control measures are set in place for all stages of the manufacturing process from soldering to spot welding right through component assembly where individual sub-assemblies are tested for fit, function and finish.

4. FineLine's commitment to quality goes one step further, where upon completion of assembly each and every unit is subject to a final inspection before being packaged for shipping.

5. Our final inspection entails: installing each unit in a tank to test for fit and float function, electrical testing of the wiring harnesses, resistor and pump, as well as a visual inspection of all welded and soldered components.
